With science-based exercises and live guided sessions from world-leading researchers, you have access to tools that are traditionally only available through expensive clinical support or therapy.

this was an editors pick in the app store,and I read that it cost nothing and had no ads. I haven't seen that in a long time, so I was curious. I was not expecting to find an app that was so centering and calming with so many sessions to choose from. I have not seen any ads or been asked for any money. none of the sessions are locked. There's no required payment. I have seen multiple guided meditations that are short, easy to listen to, overall extremely helpful. I've shared with everyone.

Was using another well-being app but thought I would trial this as completely free. Sadly I am going to have to give up on it, After completing only two sessions, I am unable to continue. The app opens and I get notifications, but every time I try to access sessions the page blips then stays on the home page. I have tried several different times to do this, closing the app, force stopping it and clearing the cache but the same thing happens every time. Uninstalled.

This app quite literally helped me conquer my depression. I had been suffering from it since 2017. Prescribed pills and light therapy was not able to do that. It costs no money and for someone that is low income, like me, that was helpful. I learned a lot about myself with this app and I hope others can do the same. I am finally on a better path.
