It was so far, okay, but I'm having a slight problem, which I cannot access thru the payment tab. It goes blank afterwards. I have tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and then installing the app, but still it doesn't work. Is this some kind of bug? I thought there could be a way for the app to be updated. Much help is appreciated. Thanks! I really need to check the balance I have to pay, I'm already on due. I hope you could help.

I don't know what's wrong with my sister's application, she provided everything but sadly she was not approved. It's not even stated why she was not approved in the email. I'm a good payer with my previous loans, I can even pay it within less than half year, we need it right now since the budget is too tight. I hope you can consider her application since we really need it right now.

I've already applied for a loan and have an account that's already in use last year(2021) and back then the site was loading immediately. Except right now I've tried using my laptop to update my student profile even though I've already had this account; somehow it's stuck in the setup for student profile and I've already tried the browser on my phone and of course the phone app that is also stuck in the loading screen. And yes we've fully paid the previous loan.
