A huge makeover is needed. - must add better and bolder search button to find keywords or tags, part of the merchant's name to save time - must be a bolder nearby merchant search tool - needs an intuitive user-friendly interface that ends the endless scrolling - needs a much more appealing color choices i.e. vibrant and contrasting colors for headers, buttons, cards interface, etc... - better way of marketing to have more merchants participate on this deal

Needs improvement in the registration process. Read all the recent comments, they're all true regarding the 6-digit pin that the user would not know where to get. A hassle to email the developer. A major rip off, did not even had the chance to use the app.

Is it really working? Yes, I accumulate points but cannot redeem it. I tried redeeming points for a beverage at one of your merchants at E. Rod. Sr. Ave. I waited for the OTP confirmation thru text but nothing was sent. I've triple checked my mobile number and even restarted my phone. Me and the cashier waited for 10-15 minutes. Still no OTP sent (Update: Received the OTP after 4 HOURS) Hopefully, you improve your service. Will try redeeming at other branches.
