People who have been vaccinated with a full dose of COVID-19, or have tested negative or contracted COVID-19 within the last 11 days and are convalescent, can receive the EU COVID Certificate (UCC) in the form of a QR code, including . to your Online Patient Account, or as a printout at a doctor or primary health care nurse.

In Poland, from 02/01/2022, the EU Covid Certificate is valid for 270 days from the moment of receiving the full dose of vaccination after the 14-day immunity period, in the case of convalescents up to 180 days from a positive test result, and in the case of a negative test result - 48 hours.

UCC - EU Covid Certificate - is a free application of the Ministry of Health, prepared to operate in the territory of the Republic of Poland, enabling verification whether the UCC QR code presented by a person is correct and valid. The application also shows basic data about the owner of the QR code, including names, surname, date of birth and a unique certificate ID. The person who presents the QR code to be scanned consents to the processing of personal data contained in this code. Data is not saved on the scanning device.

Doesn't work, it just hangs after barcode is scanned.

I'm completely vaccinated with Pfizer. I can get paper certificate from portal. But in application I get an error all the time that qr-code is wrong

App doesn't work well just freezes after scanning the certificate.Please fix
