About this app

mobilet is an application that allows you to:
- Buy electronic tickets for journeys with public transport (buses, trams, metro, light rail)
- Pay for the actual parking time in the paid parking zones (fee charged after the stop!)

Mobilet service is active in more than 100 locations throughout the country, including agglomerations in Krakow, Lodz, Tri-City and Upper Silesia, Warsaw, Poznan, Szczecin, Torun and Lublin. The current list of cities, coverage map and a detailed description of the system you will find on www.mobilet.pl.

To use the application it is necessary to activate your account in the system mobilet:

1) go to www.mobilet.pl
2) press the "try"
3) Enter your phone number and e-mail address and set the password
4) Install the application
5) Power your account on the system mobilet (the option to quickly transfer - Allegro)
6) If you park in the SPP, mark your car vignette, isolated made printout or handwritten information

Ratings and reviews

Tends to periodically crash right after payment goes through (no aggressive task kill process set up with system/3rd party apps that could lead to crash), but prior to generating in-app ticket with no 'restore purchases'-like option, leading to potential fines if you don't notice and resulting in wasting double the money if you do. Save for this bug it works fine, but the nature of the issue is atrocious.

the application should be improved.When I activate a public transport ticket, the ticket is displayed until the screen turns off. When I open the screen again the ticket with the QR code cannot be viewed. The only solution is to close the application and open it again. This is not practical when you have to show the ticket to the controller, it causes delays and fears. The ticket with generated QR code is not readable by metro readers. The gate therefore does not open!

Absolutely do NOT purchase tickets earlier than you need them. Tickets will disappear from the moBILET app if not used within a few hours. I purchased several tickets to use over a period of days during a visit to Warsaw. When I came to use them they were all gone. I had to quickly buy another to complete the journey I was on. Nothing in the App information or T&Cs warns of this.
