Planning your trip and getting your QR ticket has never been easier with the BakıKART mobile app. This transportation app offers a range of features to make your travel experience more convenient and efficient.

*FAVORITES
With the “"Favorites” feature, you can personalize your app by adding your preferred bus lines, stops, and locations. Your favorite picks will be saved, and you can access them from any device.

*WHERE IS BUS? & NEARBY STOPS
The “Where is Bus?” and “Nearby Stops” feature shows you the distance of stops close to your location, along with the bus lines passing through them. You can access this information from your phone to plan your route accordingly.

*LIVE TRACKING
“Live Tracking” allows you to instantly access the bus route information and arrival times of the station you want. This feature helps you stay on top of your travel schedule.

* TRIP PLAN
The “Trip Plan” feature helps you create the fastest and most convenient route by bus. You can view route alternatives from one point to another, based on your location or preference. By filtering the results, you can list the transportation alternatives by minimum time, minimum walking, or minimum transfer.

* QR TICKET
The “QR Ticket” feature lets you create an online QR ticket for the routes you wish to travel with BakıKART. You can also access and list the QR tickets you have created before.

* PAY
With the Pay feature, you can instantly top up your wallet from your credit card and top-up any BakıKART from your wallet. You can also list your financial transactions.

Ratings and reviews

Cool app, but can be better. I like the potential this app has for future. However, for now it's only degrading. There are fewer busses on the live tracking than when it was launched. Some busses have their live tracking turned off. Also their live locations update less frequently. And there is no progress or a new feature added from the launch of this app.

App is clunky and works very slow compared to other apps like ADY mobile which basically does what Bakikart tries to do but better. It lacks basic features that would attract people to install the app such as seeing your balance, nfc and etc. Not to mention, qr code doesn't even work properly, that's why I still have to use plastic card instead of this. Hopefully, you guys will fix the problems, so that we could finally move away from plastic cards.

Excellent app, user-friendly interface and very useful. Only feedback I have is that, it'd be really great if we could see the amount of balance in our cards using the app.
