Ratings and reviews

Service is good and stable. Customer relations are lowest..2 years client never received an offer nor a benefit at any level not even 1GB for free or loyalty program. Service is expensive with a tricky 3in1 package (TV+NET 500+VOZ+MÓVEL 10GB For 68€ On top of it a 2 years contract that locks you... (1year contract is 2x expensive) No real competition among providers same scheme 3n1 with 2 years forcing TV channels wile in 5G era you get 10GB limit wich is hilarious.

This app is primarily for portuguese speakers only. Would be nice if it was in English also, I will try it in 5 years when I really learn Portuguese. Disappointed 😞

This app is a joke. You have to fill all your details whenever you want to add money to your number. What is the point of having an app that doesn't remember your data (phone number, nif...), what is the point of an account with phone number associated to it? Why the app can't use this data to be able to recharge in one tap?! So all you can do with all the effort of having an account and remember another password is just to see current balance...
