If you have several personal accounts from Mosenergosbyt JSC and MosObLEIRTS LLC, then you no longer need to use different applications, it is enough to use the My Mosenergosbyt office!

The application will save your time to resolve issues related to electricity supply, as well as utility services (according to the Unified Payment Document from MosOlEIRTS LLC) and charges for the TCR Handling service (for the private sector of the Moscow Region).
“My Mosenergosbyt” will always remind you about the period of the transfer of readings for your electricity metering device and the need to pay the bill through convenient push notifications.

If you have been registered in the previous version of the personal account of Mosenergosbyt JSC or MosOblIIRTS LLC, then to enter the application, you just need to use your phone number or e-mail and an existing password.

Using our application you can:

- transfer readings on metering devices;
- pay the bill without a fee;
- maintain a balance and view statistics on the personal account;
- order and pay for services;
- use Touch ID to enter the office;

Ratings and reviews

I know, that this app should work from 7.00 till 23.00 Moscow time. But it does not work outside Russia at any time of day in any timezone. Support also does not respond to emails. I'd like to give 'zero' stars altogether.

Lame interface as if WE were still in the USSR. Functionality is fine, though

It does not work outside Russia. So if you go often abroad, forget about it!!!
