I am unable to get into my Nafath app. The biometrics does not recognize my fingerprint. The password is incorrect. I have actually noted all my info in my notebook, so I know my password is correct. Look if Nafath app is so glitchy, please drop this or rectify the bugs. The fact that we all have to use this for some apps is really hard. Even if it doesn't recognize the fingerprint or it's incorrect password, there's no option there to even key in a new password.

Finger print sensor keeps popping up again and again, not able to proceed with the biometrics. I tried restarting my phone couple of times. Tried by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, unfortunately everything failed. The app was working very well in my early days... I think there a bug or something like that. Hope I won't be loosing my money from my accounts and all. As this is connected with everything out here in ksa. Appreciate an immediate fix.

Dosent recognize any security. Get it all set up and ready. But the first time that I try to authorize it doesn't recognize face, iris or pattern. And even though it asks for password, it never shows up on the screen to input a password.
