Good variety of sound choices. It helped me get into a sleep routine. My mind automatically started to relax when I put in my earbuds. Going to bed at the same time each night also helped. I use this app in place of watching TV b4 bed. As a result, I am falling asleep quicker, sleeping deeper & waking up feeling more rested. Since I am getting quality sleep, I started waking up earlier too. It also muted the typical noises from sharing a bed with my hubby & pets.

Easy to select a mixture of sounds. The sleep timer is a nice addition and the sounds continue with the screen off. Would be nice to have a volume control for each sound but overall quite good.

So soothing and relaxing I love this app really helps to relax me when I'm trying to get to sleep. The Loon is my favorite.
