It used to be a seamless app until big flaw came up recently. The Singpass authenication jump out of the app to browser. After Singpass verification, it pop-up a link back to app. That link never works. Please fix it, we need it working to manage our medical care. We have to email or call to change appointment and cannot check our cared family members' appointments.

I updated my children's information in the app but it didn't captured. And also, I am my mother's caregiver but the app has many security features which is difficult and troublesome especially when I need to refer when she is not with me. Singpass is also another layer of difficulty when they need facial recognition scan. I tried it on my mother but it also didn't work. I guess there is no one taking action after writing so much after all...

Been unable to stably acknowledge sing pass login, only 1 out of 20 trial success. This happened for more than 2 months already, this morning there was an update and I thought it should be solved, but still the same, this make me write this review, truly disastrous software handling team.
