In order to achieve the goal of "providing people's quality of life with technology and providing convenient services through multiple channels", since the beginning of 105, the "Establishment of Land Administration" has been comprehensively revised to launch the "Taoyuan City Land Management e-Housekeeper" mobile application service to provide "case handling". Online enquiry services such as Enquiry, First Registration Announcement, New and Old Building Enquiry and Land Price Enquiry provide more efficient land services for Members.

In 108 years, we added new information services and several cloud integration analysis functions to provide more convenient services for the public:
1. Proactively push the landlord business to promote information and provide the function of pushing multimedia information.
2. Provide information on parking around the city of Taoyuan and multiple information services such as Youbike Station, and use the suggested path of google map to reach the parking and Youbike site location information.
3. Integrate the service information of the counters of the local government offices, and provide daily, weekly and monthly waiters according to the analysis data to facilitate the people to choose the best time or place to handle the land administration business.
4. Fix the push service.
5. Mobile application software stability correction.

2、提供桃園市各地所周遭的停車資訊及 Youbike 場站等多元資訊服務，並以 google map 的建議路徑到達所在停車及
Youbike 場站位置資訊。
3、整合本市各地政事務所櫃檯服務資訊，提供每日、每週、每月等候人數數據分析資料，便利民眾擇最適時段或地所
辦理地政業務。
4、修正推播服務。
5、行動應用軟體穩定性修正。
