About this app

The Taipei Wing General Mobile Medical Service APP provides real-time consultation on medical treatment progress and outpatient appointment registration functions, allowing you to make full use of your time and easily protect your healthy life.

In order to make medical treatment-related operations more convenient for the public, the Taipei Wing General Mobile Medical Service APP has been updated. The instructions are as follows:
1. The APP integrates the 9 branches of our hospital including Taoyuan Branch, Hsinchu Branch, Yuli Branch, Yuanshan Branch, Taitung Branch, Suao Branch, Fenglin Branch and Guandu Hospital, allowing the public to go to different branches for treatment without downloading. Multiple APPs.
2. The user interface has been adjusted to make the APP more intuitive to use and easier to operate.
3. It can be used directly, placed horizontally, or flipped over, and most functions can be operated with one hand.
4. Automatically memorize the entered registration information, saving users time to log in again.
5. Provide consultation reminder notifications.
6. The "Import Google Calendar" function allows you to integrate your personal calendar.

Description of each function:
1. Mobile registration: Select the date and department you want to register, and enter your ID card number and date of birth to complete the registration. You can also use this function to check the outpatient registration status of the day (such as the registration quota is full, the outpatient clinic is closed, etc.) Information) .
2. Appointment inquiry: Enter your ID card number and date of birth to view the registration information, and remind you of the consultation time through "Reminder Notification" or adding "Google Calendar".
3. Medical treatment progress: Provide real-time query of outpatient medical information.
4. Inquiry for scheduled inspections: Enter your ID number and date of birth to view relevant information about scheduled inspections.
5. My records: View past medical records. You can click on the medical records and use the ID number and date of birth of the person who registered last time to register to help you re-register for the doctor in the department in the near future.
6. Nutrition Garden: Provides patients with meal ordering when they are hospitalized and provides patients with dietary, nutritional and health care information.
7. Physician expertise: Inquire about the medical expertise of our hospital’s physicians to help people register.
8. Mobile payment: Before patients are discharged from hospital and have not paid, they can use their mobile phones to make debit card transfers or credit card payments.
9. Medication reminder: People can scan the medicine bag or enter the medicine themselves to remind them to take medicine on time.

Due to connection encryption, this App will no longer support versions below Android 7.x (including 7.x), and will only support versions above Android 8 (inclusive). For other unsupported versions, please use the web page instead. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you!
