Can't even log in. The whole login screen is broken

No english menu and I can't even take a screenshot to translate.

Can't really turn off the app even disabled the push notification from system OS. Frequent promotion push notifications are annoying. Has been a long complaining issued. Not sure if this app developer really read the comments or care.
