Like so many others losing the my places/favourites was a huge mistake. It was the feature I loved the most. Also having a digital card and account details would be good too. Being an English Heritage member also at least I can console myself that they still have the favourites feature. Come on NT get your IT guys onto this and reinstate this feature, as reading others comments everyone wants it back

Not much to it. Nowhere to hold membership details or places you've been or want to visit which is what I was looking for. Map is good, better than website version on mobile but limited functions. Nice to get a bit more detail about the houses and where the money came from. If that was colonial activities then let's say it. No point trying to rewrite that out of history just to appease the racists. A star just for the information being a bit more complete.

Up to date information on places that are very busy would be extremely useful and easy to implement. If a car park of a house or garden is approaching max capacity update the app. Would have saved me driving 20 miles along with many others today. Arrived at Emmetts garden to a woman next to a car park full sign waving everyone on, not nice after a 30minute drive with a crying baby in the back. Would really help the environment as well as allowed us to visit a less busy NT place instead.
