It's the most frustrating bank app i've ever used! Please invest in your banking app if you don't want to lose clients! It's not only about no commissions it also about to be able to use your bloody account whenever you want in the device you want! The app is not working on my pixel 3a, I have to go to the web page every time I have to do something and it's really REALLY frustrating. It used to work like a month ago and then suddenly with the PSD2 update it stopped working

Hola Yngrid, lamentamos los inconvenientes, estas pautas pueden ayudarte si el problema persiste: reinstala la app borrando previamente la memoria caché en Ajustes, acepta todos los permisos, activa la validación móvil y la recepción de notificaciones (en el tfno/Ajustes). Some times it works, sometimes it doesn't. I normally just get a blank page when I open and I need to access that app in order for me to access my account online. Not a good way to make online "secured" if app is not working! So I got a response saying that I need to erase the data I input in the app or re-install the app. I have de-installed and re-installed this app so many times on the same phone! The first few times, it worked. Then, after a while I just get a blank screen. If you have blank screen, how can I erase and re-enter data being requested? If I have to de-install and re-install the app, then it is not a good app! Before, ING Spain just text a code to access the online account. That worked all the time. Now they changed it to use this app to continue to access online. Probably additional security but if the app doesn't work all the time, then it is not good. The app should be robust and efficient! Otherwise, I may not access my account online!

Muuuy lenta, con las nuevas actualizaciones cada cambio de pantalla puede suponer unos 10 - 15 segundos. Enviar un Bizum acaba llevando 1 o 2 min. Creo que podría mucho en ese aspecto, no se si es el frontend o el backend lo que ralentiza la app, pero deja mucho que desear en fluidez. Reeally slow, it's even worse since the new updates. Every window change takes 10-15seconds. Sending a Bizum, my primary use for the app, usually takes around 1-2mins. Tha app can be greatly improved on speed.
