the app used to be amazing, but I've been trying to use it with $20 in fax credit and it keeps crashing. extremely disappointed and would like a full refund if the issue remains unresolved. I just trying emailing using your contact info provided and it was kicked back for improper configuration. I've seen others have had similar issues and the response is to contact mobifax, but your contact info does not work!

I rarely have a need to send a fax but when I do it's great that mobifax is always on standby. There's no recurring fee or anything, you do have to pay for the faxes but you buy credits and it's quite reasonable. Very simple interface I think someone with limited computer literacy could use it. For someone that needs to send a fax once in a great while it's the perfect solution.

Gee hate to say it, but I did not have a good experience with this. It was confusing oftentimes, even though I correctly calculated the credits I needed for all that I was sending it STILL asked me to purchase more, when I did I bought another 12 credits that never showed up in the account, the fax confirmations do not confirm multiple pages sent so I spent so much time waiting to see if if it would before I removed docs to add additional docs (since you can only send up to 12 at a time), I was so cautious because I'd spent a ton of time and tedious effort having to size and crop each individual page (total docs I had to send was 22 pages--if you could imagine, and there was no way around this because without it words were cut off so you HAD to manually crop and/or), all this was after using one of the recommended scanners to whiten up each individual page (again, 22 of them) as it would not do this based on a file--only separate pages. I'm still waiting to hear back from the company/recipient as I have no idea whether all pages were sent or not in the two sections I faxed. I don't usually leave comments when rating but you asked--and based on the fact that your company is wonderfully interactive with it's customers and seems to genuinely want to do better is why I took the additional time to provide feedback I believe you can use to make your customer experience better. Plus I think you're on to something great if you iron out the bugs. Even though it wasn't a entirely great first time experience for me, I can say that now that I know what to expect I would actually try to use this again if I had to fax a small fax somewhere. Sorry for the less than favorable review, but just being honest about it. Thank you.
