Buggy at checkout. As a picky eater I like this app because it makes it very easy to customize while avoiding miscommunication and being a hassle in the drive through. However, more often than not now, I put my order in and the very last step it says something went wrong. At least you can still scan your points in from your receipt. I will give a higher review when this is fixed.

No Definitely no (Whatever hides my name)
It stole almost $70 dollars from me. I tried to order and it said "uh-oh something went wrong but we're trying to fix it". I waited a bit on the screen you get when you click the confirm button, but nothing ever happened. I reinstalled the app, rinse and repeat. It turns out, I got charged for all three 'orders', so I went to the store I ordered from. Really nice employees, but they can't do anything when your orders don't show up. I'm deleting the app.

After a couple of years of not using this app (not kidding), I decided to give it another try... only to great disappointment as I was previously experienced. This time, I was going to try my luck and order a "Build Your Own Box" combo for an advertised mobile order price of $5.99. I changed the default pickup location from from a located in a mall 1.5 miles away, to a store less than a mile away. The price went from $5.99 to... wait for it... $12.98. I don't know why I try. *sigh*
