Ratings and reviews

Will not set up biometrics, takes off discounts randomly, forgets devices constantly... Which is weird since usually their network device... Very slow. It's been this way for a long time. If you go to the web page for your billing it's not a much better experience but at least you're not going to be locked into a loading ring; usually

I had the home internet. The speed and stability of the connection was awful. They messed up account creation so I couldn't really use this app. They're still sending me bills even though I canceled within the free trial window. The store experience was equally atrocious, but I can't type it out here because space is limited. Avoid Verizon at all costs.

I don't know when this happened exactly, but the app will not load anything. It just has the endless spinning circle. I uninstalled the app, or rather the recent update, and then updated it again with the same issue presenting. I'm at a loss, especially as you have to authenticate through the app when trying to log into your account via a browser.

What's new

Home customers are now able to register their Home account from the My Verizon app.

Customers can now see how many notifications they have (from the Account page), and will see an indicator (red dot) if they have new messages.

Home and One Verizon ID customers can access Home Legal links in Account edit profile & settings.

Combined payment settings entry point for One Verizon ID customers in Account edit profile & settings.
