Honestly my favourite book, I didn't even realize it was designed for females because they both share such universal stories. Got me through hell in two days instead of two months. Great way to change your perspective about the situation. I turn it on and I feel like Greg is my buddy just chatting to me. Great experience

Its been two years since I listened to this audiobook. I was hung up on an ex who would come in and out of my life since we had broken up two years prior. This book turned me around in a way I never thought I would. I spent two years hung up on a man who didn't want me. I highly recommend getting the audio book because hearing "HE DOESNT WANT YOU TO CALL" in my head every time I got the urge to text or call him was extremely inspiring. This book is blunt. Its tough love. But needed.

The one I ACTUALLY care for lives far away, yes.

About the author

Stand-up comedian and author Greg Behrendt was born on July 21, 1963. In 1991 he graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts degree in theater. Behrendt was a member of the improv troupe Crash and Burn. He has appeared on The Tonight Show, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, and The Late Show with David Letterman. In 2006 his stand-up special, Greg Behrendt is Uncool, debuted on Comedy Central. He was also in Celebrity Poker Showdown, The Greg Behrendt Show, and the television series Greg Behrendt's Wake-Up Call. He was a consultant for the sitcom Sex and the City. Behrendt co-wrote He's Just Not That into You, which was adapted into a movie. He has also written It's Called a Breakup Because It's Broken. Behrendt plays the guitar in his band, The Reigning Monarchs.
