Zélie is BACK! I was such a huge fan of the first novel that I couldn't wait to read this book! Children of Virtue and Vengeance is another great YA novel. It's unique and what I love most is that there is nothing else like it when it comes to fantasy/magic storyline.

This was a WONDERFUL and EXCITING adventure! The author did a beautiful job of drawing me into the story and not letting me go, not even at the end. I pray the adventure continues. Expertly written!

I see myself in a fantasy book, a great story...with enough suspense and drama to captivate any reader.

Tomi Adeyemi is a Nigerian-American writer and creative writing coach based in San Diego, California. After graduating Harvard University with an honors degree in English literature, she received a fellowship that allowed her to study West African mythology, religion, and culture in Salvador, Brazil. Her first novel is Children of Blood and Bone. When she’s not working on her novels or watching BTS music videos, she can be found blogging and teaching creative writing on her website.
