Everyone can gain from this book. First listened to the audiobook when I was maybe 13 and I've been using advice from it constantly ever since; it's second nature to me now, and it allows me to have patience with friends and family members who would probably drive me crazy if I didn't have a way to understand our differences! Now my fiancé and I are listening together before we get married as part of our premarital counseling with our officiant. Gary Chapman is a great guy and it's a great read.
