Jackson returns to the lives of the Westmoreland family with a second chance romance full of suspense and more. This story is full of the vivid descriptions and vibrant story that I’ve come to expect from this author. Jackson’s solid writing style really enhanced the tale that she told. I did find the characters a bit difficult to connect with at times. I found that I got to know them well and that they were intriguing, but they just seemed a little ‘separate’. That said, they also filled their roles in the story very well. Unfortunately because I couldn’t connect with either of the main characters I found it hard to fully get into the story. This was a fun and interesting story that definitely filled its role in the Westmoreland series. It was a solid story that was an enjoyable read. Please note that I received a complimentary copy of this work in exchange for an honest review.

Fitting end to an EPIC series. I am so proud of Mrs. Jackson for the class and extraordinary feeling of belonging to a GREAT family. Bane and Crystal are no exception. Once these two got back together, the feeling of love, happiness and respect fell back into place. Bane proved that he is all Westmoreland man and that protective nature runs through his blood. It was also wonderful catching up of the characters from other books. Great read and I highly recommend this book.

From the minute I read the first Denver Westmorelands story, I knew I just had to read Bane and Crystal's journey back to each other. Through ever book since Dillon's (YES I OWN THEM ALL) I have tried sometimes in vain to find out little snippets of what was going on with this couple. So imagine how overjoyed I was to discover that their love story was on it's way. Crystal and Bane's reunion was one of surprises, thrills, love and a visit with past familiar faces. I am sad to see the end of another Westmoreland series but who knows what the future holds. I received an ARC of bane in exchange for an honest review. A good end to a wonderful series. My Rating: 3.75 of 5
