I'm not normally a fan of e-books, but this is a great book to have as an e-book, as it is one to which I turn frequently for recipes, so it is handy to be able to check online if I am in the store. And aside from whether or not you prefer e-book, this is just a terrific cookbook--Christopher Kimball has done it again. The recipes are unfussy, flavorful, easy, interesting--everything you would expect from Kimball, including the reliability and trustworthiness of the recipes--they actually work. There are a ton of recipes in this book across a wide variety of vegetables, meat, fish, and cuisines. Highly recommended.
