I’m never disappointed in this author’s work. and this book is no different. Right from the very first page I was well and truly hooked. Great action drama suspense and romance Characters are interesting and brought the book alive for me. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book via Booksprout.

If there is one thing Cynthia Dane is good at, it is... writing amazing stories that grab you at the very beginning and keeps you in it's grip until the very end, and even then you are left wanting more. Empowered is gripping, raw, powerful, heartbreaking, emotional, and compelling. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book.

This story takes you on a real roller coaster ride of emotions right from the first page and to the last and the story stays with you long after you have finished reading it. The characters and storyline pulled you in and it was so addictive that I couldn't put it down. Sarah made a bad decisions that nearly completely destroyed her but now she is taking her life into her own hands and living how she wants to even after everything that she has been through and then she meets Lucas, will be be the one that breaks down her walls or will she miss out on something special because of what has happened to her in the past. Cynthia Dane certainly knows how to keep her reader's attention and I definitely recommend you read this book and others by her and you will not be disappointed.
