At

Guys, please, please do not read these. The daughter, who is on YouTube as Cristal Thetford and is trying to get her story out, has stated multiple times that she suffered narcissistic abuse at the hands of her mother. Please go support her and HER story, not her mother's re-telling and guesses through her own perspective. When reading again as an adult, how the mother speaks so highly of herself in her books (In Triangles, you could tell she was projecting herself as Holly) was a red flag to me (hot, sexy, beautiful for her age, amazing chef), and already screamed narcissist to me. The mother takes no accountability or negatively towards herself in the book; she paints herself as an angel. PLEASE go support the real "Kristina", and listen to her own story. While I'm sure "Kristina" had her own wrongdoings, she deserves to speak her truth, and not be painted in a bad light without her consent.

This book is absolutely so realistic that I am simply amazed that her mother wrote this. I can't imagine the conversations and thoughts that went through this woman's ( and her child's ) mind, to talk about intimate times and the hell that this child went through; and the fact that she wrote it all in prose, bringing it all roundabout. Astounding!! I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It will always stand out in my mind.

The way this book was written is beautiful. Poetry, but someone's diary or journal. The situations Kristina had to face make you feel awful as you read. Getting into the mind of an addict and just hoping she overcomes it all. Great book, love most of them (I say most only because I haven't read them all yet 😄)
