About this ebook

Ten thousand years ago, humans and fairies fought a great battle for the magical island of Ireland. When it became clear to the fairy families that they could never win, they decided to move their civilization underground and keep themselves hidden from the humans. All the fairy families agreed on this, except the 8th family, the demons. The demons planned to lift their small island out of time until they had regrouped and were ready to wage war on the humans once more. However the time spell went wrong, and the island of Hybras was catapulted into Limbo, where it has remained for ten thousand years.

I have read the previous books and I thought they great. This series is the first series I read that was about a teen. I usually do not read books about teens as characters, so I was a little reluctant about reading. I am glad I did though. A genius who outsmarts everyone, even faeries and other geniuses. A++.

one of my favorite series ever written and one of the best books in the series cause of all the twist and turns that keep u on the edge of your seat or bed depending on where u read. movie was an absolute disgrace of an adaptation like many others (HP goblet of fire, the golden compass, percy jackson) just to name a few movies that should be ashamed of themselves for thinking they could fool the true fans of these amazing series. Read these books and I promise you'll love them if u love the genre. My cousin gave me the first book and I read it in one night and my best comparison is Harry Potter meets Sherlock Holmes and each book gets better to the point that I was kinda upset when I realized I had read them all.

Probably one of my favorites in the series. Must read, you can't put it down. WARNING: READ OVER A WEEKEND. IF YOU DON'T, YOU WON'T GET ANYTHING ELSE DONE. I read this like two years ago but I haven't forgotten any significant amount it's like burned in my memory.
