fun read, the authors' approach to the sex life of an aging woman is interesting. the ending, although quite simple reads, Iike the final puzzle piece being placed neatly amid all the other pieces. it's a lesson on life and sex, the reality of a marriage built on blind love and its natural consequences are expertly sprinkled in the interactions between Ana and her husband. overall, the book is a good read and great for self reflection work/ shadow work.
About the author
GABRIEL GARCÍA MÁRQUEZ was born in Colombia in 1927. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1982. He is the author of many works of fiction and nonfiction, including One Hundred Years of Solitude and Love in the Time of Cholera. He died in 2014.
