I've always loved Gena's stories. This soft romantic murder mystery actually went beyond my expectations. I haven't read a murder mystery since the early 2000s, and she has brought that passion back. I look forward to reading more on Conrad, Beau, Jane, and Fiona! PS- Rolex is my spirit animal.

A new cozy mystery series from Gena Showalter and Jill Monroe?! Yes, please!! I love cozies so much, and this one was right up my alley. It was fun and interesting, with an engaging and quirky FMC, Jane (or Graveyard Girl), whose non-existent sleuthing skills and social awkwardness had me equally laughing and feeling embarrassed for her. And hunky GBH agent, Conrad, who seems to be perfect for her...with his serious demeanor, suits, dress shirts and hidden tattoos that Jane wants to explore a little closer.... He's determined to find out whodunit, and to keep Jane safe....if only she would cooperate. I absolutely cannot wait for Jane's next adventure.
