I've always loved Isabel Allende's writing, it transforms the mundane into magic and easily transmits its emotions making you feel as part of the story.

I read this book many years ago and still remember the story. I loved this book and the plot twist. After finishing the book, you need a couple minutes to process it all but it's a great story.
