About this ebook

Denmark's workplace culture can be quirky. Your Danish boss seems open, accessible, and eager to avoid hierarchical, boss-like behavior - but she may also offer friendly suggestions that are actually orders. The unspoken "Jantelov" mandating modesty and equality makes it tricky to celebrate successes, and bad taste to compete with your colleagues. This book will offer insights into Danish workplace culture and tips on successfully working in Denmark.

This is the 2018 original version. A new version with three additional chapters was published in 2022.
