About this ebook

Home is where you make it

Lady Emmaline Lewellyn Grayson has never felt at home in her stuffy, aristocratic world. She might look the part of a Lady and play it to perfection, but a wilder world has always beckoned. A world where people say what they mean and keep their promises. A world where, if a man says "I love you," the next word isn’t “but…”

Liam McNair is a rough and tumble cattleman with a station to run and no time to babysit a fragile English rose. But if Lady Em needs a keeper for the short time she’ll be in Australia, it might as well be him. He’ll show her the Outback, keep her out of trouble, maybe have a little fun and at the end of her stay he’ll gladly wave her on her way.

Three months. Two worlds. One proposal. Decision time.

I read a blurb about this book about 2 weeks before it came out and I could not want to devour the entire book...which I did in my bed the moment it hit my kindle. There was just something that drew me into this book. Emma. or Lady Emmaline Lewellyn Grayson is introduced at the tinder age of 7 being sent to her fathers home by her cold and uncaring mother. Seems that she (her mother) had a contract to care for her for the first 7 years after that it was up to Lord Grayson to take over. And he was uncaring and cold as a wet fish. She doesn't really have a home and makes one for herself wherever she goes. She raises herself basically with the help of finishing schools. But life or fate as you will does come into place she goes to meet her long lost family in Australia (whom we have met in prior books) and in doing so she meets Liam. Fate as you would has her returning time and time again to not just visit her family in the land down under but Liam and also could it possibly be a place she could finally call "home". I loved and adored this book. It has everything I needed...push and pull and more. I hope that this series doesn't end with just the 8 books from the Outback because I have loved exploring this beautiful country through the eyes and pages of these authors penned words. Here is a list of both sets. I highly recommend all eight books. Outback Brides: Maggie's Run Outback Brides: Belles Secret Outback Brides: Elsa's Stand Outback Brides: Holly's Heart Outback Brides of Wirralong: Jenna Outback Brides of Wirralong:Tess Outback Brides of Wirralong:Lacey Outback Brides of Wirralong: Emma
