I love all of the IAD books so far. I love how the characters grow and develop. And I absolutely adore the slight morbid humor in this particular book. I found myself laughing at all the horrible pranks pulled on poor McReave. Sympathizing with Lucia about not wanting to give up her archery. And then crying like a fool when, against all odds, they try to make a relationship work. Thank God there was nucking-futs Nix there at the end to save the couple from certain disaster.

Puts twilight to shame. I have read K.C since she first came out and she is a phenomenal author. The world she creates with the IAD series will blow you away. Also check out another amazing author: J.R ward with the black dagger brotherhood series

Kresley Cole nails it again! Totally addicted to this series. As long as she continues to write, I'll continue to read.
