About this ebook

From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Kristen Proby…

Fallon McCarthy has climbed the corporate ladder. She’s had the office with the view, the staff, and the plaque on her door. The unexpected loss of her grandmother taught her that there’s more to life than meetings and conference calls, so she quit, and is happy to be a nomad, checking off items on her bucket list as she takes jobs teaching yoga in each place she lands in. She’s happy being free, and has no interest in being tied down.

When Noah King gets the call that an eagle has been injured, he’s not expecting to find a beautiful stranger standing vigil when he arrives. Rehabilitating birds of prey is Noah’s passion, it’s what he lives for, and he doesn’t have time for a nosy woman who’s suddenly taken an interest in Spread Your Wings sanctuary.

But Fallon’s gentle nature, and the way she makes him laugh, and feel again draws him in. When it comes time for Fallon to move on, will Noah’s love be enough for her to stay, or will he have to find the strength to let her fly?

This book is part of the Kristen Proby Crossover Collection with Big Sky. I have read all the other Big Sky books and I was very happy to re-visit Cunningham Falls. I'm a big fan of Kristen Proby (hello, With me in Seattle series) and I love Noah's character. I don't think I've ever read a zoologist/bird rescuer for a hero, but wow, something swoony about a big strong man taking care of poor helpless birds. I was glad that Fallon met her match with this guy, she was flighty from the start (no pun intended) but definitely got her happy ending. Reviewed by: Paige R.

4 Stars Fallon McCarthy and Noah King's story takes readers back to Cunningham Falls. Although Soaring With Fallon is the fourth title in the Big Sky series, it can easily be read as a standalone. If you're looking for a sweet, steamy and well paced story that is low in angst and drama I highly recommend this title. Fallon is a bit of a loner, an introvert who isolates herself and a wandering soul. When she lands in Cunningham Falls, she expects it to only be a short stopover, but in this community she finds friends, family and connections. She's may be strong, sweet and caring, but always felt that she was a burden to those she cared for most, and struggles to believe that she's wanted or needed. Noah is the owner of the spread your wings sanctuary. He grew up in Cunningham Falls, and has strong ties to the community, and has a huge loving family. Depsite the fact that he's very honest, blunt and not afraid to speak his mind, he's a nice guy with a big heart. The connection this pair shares is instantaneous yet written in a way that is completely believable. I will be looking forward to reading more of the characters of Cunningham Falls.

Soaring with Fallon is a stunning swoon-fest of a story about finding where you belong and opening your heart to new beginnings and possibilities. Fallon is a beautiful person, inside and out, her ability to put people at ease endears her to everyone she meets. However, Fallon has a tendency to be a little closed off; her introvert tendencies add to keeping a distance between herself and others. As the story progresses the underlying factors to Fallon’s guarded nature are revealed, providing additional empathy to Fallon’s self-imposed loneliness. Noah hasn’t been in the market for a serious relationship concentrating his time and energy on the bird sanctuary he owns and runs. All that changes as soon as he spends time with Fallon. They simply fit together, the ease with which their lives seamlessly mesh is beautiful to follow. It is as if the universe found the perfect person for each of them and then worked it’s magic to ensure they got together 😍 They are the counterpart to each other, Noah bringing Fallon out of her self-imposed shell and Fallon providing the calm in Noah’s hectic life 💕 Soaring with Fallon is low on drama and high on swoon.
