The book is outstanding, the inability to access it after having paid for it is beyond offensive. I shan't EVER purchase books from Play Books again because of this. That OTHER service that has UNLIMITED books for purchase and to borrow will get my loyalty from now on. I'll also be dropping notes to the author and publisher about this.

Absolutely love this book. However, I am highly disappointed that google decided to randomly remove the ability to access it. Even after trying to redownload it. I feel like I wasted money on trying to have easier reading access...

An exceedingly well-written novel (what else can you expect from Lisa Kleypas 2000--now?), "Tempt Me At Twilight" is, in short, a near-perfect portrait of an intelligent heroine, an engaging and sympathetic anti-hero, and their tumultuous affair/marriage. It has just about everything one could ask for: family, friendships, romance, suspense--and altogether a great plot. Don't pass this one up!

About the author

Lisa Kleypas is the RITA Award-winning author of many contemporary and historical romance novels, including the Hathaways series, A Wallflower Christmas, Christmas Eve at Friday Harbor, and Love in the Afternoon. Her books are published in fourteen languages and are bestsellers all over the world. Kleypas graduated from Wellesley College and published her first novel at the age of 21. In 1985, she was named Miss Massachusetts in the Miss America competition. She lives in Washington with her husband and two children.
