This book is the second in the series. It is a stand alone as well and I really enjoyed it. This couple make you feel everything they are going thru at the time. It was a good mystery with a touch of romance, Lorhaine did a great job. If you are looking for something to enjoy but have to put it down every so often this is the one. I am antisipating the next one to come.

Walker is a Alpha cop that doesn't take no for an answer especially when it's coming from Kate the one that has caught his eye from the beginning. Kate has a hard time knowing what's real and what's not especially with everything that's going on. On to the next book in the series

Really good second short book. Looking forward to number three.
