Lots of fabulous writing. A real story. Not just about lust & sex. I fell in love with Reese the 1st time Mary met him. I felt like most of the conversations were normal. I really got into the story of Rock Creek & the six. I only gave it 4 stars, tho. Because sometimes it got a little draggy & dull. It was also a little confusing at some points, especially decriptions of current events.

I rarely fall for the first in a series free book marketing scheme however, I'm buying the rest of these. So many "sexy" books have no real story to tell. The story is no more than brief brainless filler between bedroom scenes. These books are great stories with believable characters and a few bedroom scenes to spice things up.

I love Reese its a well written book. like your characters, especially a woman who is strong and brave goes after what she wants its beautiful you can't put this book down until you find out how the story end i can even picture the town with one street
