Slow to catch my interest but when it did I enjoyed every word. And tears with the ending. A brave soul in a brave country.

Worth the read. Another winner. Can't wait for Inspector Gamache's next adventure in Three Pines.

Wow! What a great story, so well developed, well-written...as a mystery fan, I found this book difficult to put down.
