I liked the book but... it said he wanted revenge since he was 13... and had planed his revenge for the better part of 20 years... 20+13=33... he is 29 years old 29-13=16. Either it should have been that he had planed revenge for the last decade, or that he was older then listed now, or he was younger when the event happened. It's a major inconsistency in the plot that weekins the stories foundation and irritates me each time I see a reference to the chronological timetable of the story mentioned. But, that is my only complaint besides that it is a well written book.
