I had a lot of books as a child, but not this, so I just had to see what all the fuss has been about. I wound up reading it twice and will read it a lot more, I'm sure. This is a sweet and sad and uplifting tale. It evokes feelings and memories that I never could have imagined from a children's book. No wonder its been around for so long and has the reputation that it does. This is a book that everyone should read, and keep reading - no matter their age.

A classic for every child to read and hold close to their heart forever. The little rabbit's story of becoming real always brings a tear to my eye.

Simple story, simply told. Took me about 10 minutes to read and still I think it was a bargain!
