Ratings and reviews

I don't know who was more stubborn: the hero for chasing after the heroine, the heroine for being genuinely hostile at every turn, or me for doggedly finishing this book because I paid for it. A happy ending did not diffuse my frustration, and ultimately exasperation, that I felt for the miserable middle portion of the story. I love this author's works so this was a huge disappointment for me.
