But what Nick doesn’t know is that things are different at the top of the beanstalk. There are new enemies waiting. Enemies with plans that could destroy the world as Nick knows it. Will Nick come back a hero? Will he come back at all?

Excellent read. Tells about what happens after Jack cuts down the beanstalk. Includes a motley band of thieves and the long lost world on a cloud. I would recommend this to all readers searching for an exciting and exhilarating ride with many twists and turns. What really happened to the beanstalk? Are there any other seeds? Who cut down the beanstalk? Is the giant really dead? If you want the answer to all of these questions then I highly recommend that you read "The Thief and the Beanstalk".
