This prequel got all my engines running and my excitement for Chicago Grizzlies is all time high! Piper Rayne shows us little bits and pieces of all the swoony spicy emotional goodness coming in the series. You get to see the sneak peeks of the potential couples..and I bet this is going to be another epic sports romance series from the dynamic duo. I have already met Miles and Bryce in the Kingsmen world. The football star and the sports journalist had a hate-attraction-hate thing going on for some time and now they are again in the same city. Miles' need to show he is a star for his new team and he hopes Bryce won't continue her scathing reports about him. We also meet Cooper and Ellery. They have a friends with secret crush thing going on. We meet Damon Siska who is the playboy NFL star for Grizzlies and I feel someone is going to bring his on his knees hard! And there is mention of certain Bailey...I have to go back to my notebook to figure out that morsel. (ARC REVIEW)

With Miles Cavanaugh’s recent trade to the Chicago Grizzlies this brings us a new cast of characters to fall in love with. With this story we get to know some of the players, and I cannot wait to see their stories come to life in future books. Narrated by Stephen Dexter and Stephanie Kay they did an entertaining job with their performances. Their voices are easy to listen to and they brought the fun and intensity of the characters to life for me, and I am excited for the next release.
