I have the hardcover book at home and I have to say, it's a little slow on the uptake (AKA: Boring beginning...) but when you actually get into it it's addictive. Also, if it IS a children's book, it would be a very gifted children's book. Lot's of words that !@-year-olds can't read.

The plot is kinda dumb (contains the phrase, "chocolate of time.") but still not a bad read.
