There, they hope to find a cure for their beloved headmistress, Miss Peregrine. But in this war-torn city, hideous surprises lurk around every corner. And before Jacob can deliver the peculiar children to safety, he must make an important decision about his love for Emma Bloom.

My only complaints are that at times all of the characters are rather dislikeable and irritating, all at once. Made me grit my teeth a bit, but the story really is so original that I kept on...it is also a little long on the hero/angst/insecurity inner monologue, but as the hero is a teenager,I guess that is to b expected..l am looking forward to finding out how things develop as I have no idea at present, which is a huge compliment to the author, as I am an old lady well into her fourth decade of devouring all books peculiar.

You copied the suckiest ideas from the worst of Harry Potter 4, when Mad Eye is impersonated the whole time by a Death Eater. Not only did you copied idea, but you copied the suckest idea possible from Harry Porter, having Miss Peregrine impersonated by a wright. You suck, your sequel sucks. I hate you.

I've just ordered this after really enjoying the first book, but none of the pictures can be viewed. In the first book the pics were a big part of the story so how can this be fixed please?
