I am not normally a "cosy mysteries" reader but after reading Sam Cheever's Enchanting mysteries (books 1-3) which included magic, I found books 0, a prequel novella and the first full book 1 of the SilverHills mysteries. They are very entertaining and had a laugh or smile at some of the characters. I am now definitely going to try other "cosies"!

I laughed out loud! This was a fun read. Flo and Agnes are not your typical crime solving duo and the interactions they have with each other and the other characters are hilarious. This book has a little bit of everything; death, intrigue, mystery, and plot twists. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Fast moving action with humor and a spot of fear! Fun read. Loved the trio of main characters. Thanks Sam!
