This is by far my FAVORITE book, both by Susan Wiggs, AND ever!!! Leah is so sheltered and emotionally stunted. Jackson is so experienced, rough, and abused, they have nothing in common other then not being loved as a child. Their unlikely romance and friendship is an amazing thing to watch (read) as it blossoms into something almost otherworldly. ❤❤❤❤
