I always see this book planted at Slurping Turtle (one of Takashi's restaurants) , and now I'm finally on my way to reproducing some of these great dishes!

Takashi is a member of the Macy's Culinary Council as well as the Japanese Culinary Cultural Association of America. He lives with his family in Chicago.
