Not up here to his usual standards. Entire chapters at the beginning of the book were copied verbatim from an earlier novel, and page after page of transmission transcripts at the end totally ruined the flow of the story. Its almost like he was trying to get it finished just so he could move on to something else.

WEB Griffin offers up a novel turn on history, of US military intervention in the Congo, as most of the world looked toward Vietnam.
