Fantastic. Loved it. Inherited an appreciation of Wilbur Smith as an author from my dad's collection. This was the first one read about 40 years ago and it was so good it got me hooked. Reading it again now I vaguely remembered the characters but forgot just how exciting a read it was. One of Wilbur Smith's best. This a 'can't put it down' book.
